372 Dental sees patients on both NHS and private terms. NHS fees are set nationally and shown below. Private fees are a guide — a full written treatment plan is given to every patient before any treatment is booked, so the total cost is agreed before you start.

NHS fees

NHS fees are set nationally.

The figures below are the current NHS fees for a course of treatment in England — the same at every NHS dental practice. Children, pregnant patients, and certain benefit recipients are exempt from NHS charges.

Private fees vary by case complexity and material choice. The figures below are starting points for the most commonly requested treatments. The full schedule is given in writing at consultation — no surprises before treatment starts.

Hygienist and routine private fees are illustrative — every treatment plan written for you will quote the exact figure before you commit. Payment by card or bank transfer; we don't ask for payment up front.
